"The office and field staff are very friendly and considerate of your situation. I rented a trailer but wasn’t able to return it on time due to flat tire on the road during a long haul. I had to stop for to get it replaced with a new tire. When I returned it i explained the situation but wasn’t expecting anything based on my contract. To my surprise they readjusted and lower my bill. It was my first time renting anything from them. Now they have me as a returning customer. I will recommend this business to anyone need rental equipment."
