"I was incredibly pleased with my experience with United Rentals. The office/sales staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they helped me structure my boom lift rental to save me money. They didn't have the item I wanted to rent available for the weeks I needed it, so they gave me a superior item for the same price. The equipment was delivered exactly when promised, and was clean and in good working order. They called me the day before the lift was scheduled to be picked up to make sure I didn't need an extension and also to make sure I was good with the time they planned to arrive. Any time I need to rent equipment in the future I will use United, and I highly recommend them."

"Not reliable service…gave a weeks notice for equipment to be on-site 7am…morning of the project equipment was not on-site, in fact it was not even on the road to be delivered as of 9am when I called the branch. I am from out of town so it is imperative that the plans for equipment and materials goes smoothly which is why I secured my delivery a week prior. I was assured that my equipment would be on the road shortly when I called at 9am. I called back at 11am and my equipment had not left the yard yet but again was assured it would be to the site by 12pm. Called back at 1:15pm and the driver did not show up until 2pm. This is not how my branch in my area works and I am disappointed that this is how this branch represents UR. I will say though that the salesman I spoke to did not get an attitude with me the whole time, even though I definitely had an attitude with him. If I could avoid this UR branch I would."

"I picked up a portable gantry this morning. Scott Reddish was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with as well as the two guys in the yard that loaded it (unfortunately I forgot their names). The gantry was stored neatly on a steel pallet making it easy to load and secure."

"Scott was extremely helpful, I needed to extend our rental, the JLG we had was already committed to another customer. Scott made some phone calls and was able to make it happen that we were able to keep the equipment until we completed our job. Every staff member I spoke with over the 10 days we had the equipment was solution orientated. I definitely recommend using United Rentals, I definitely will be again."

"Used these guys for the first time a couple weeks ago. Super professional staff! Made the reservation in person. Lot guys were very helpful with making sure I was getting the correct equipment for what I was trying to do. Really felt like they had my best interests in mind. That says a lot to me about an employee and how the location is run. Zero complaints, couldn't have been a smoother experience."
