I lucked out when found Jon/Lake Flower Wellness on Google Maps. He's the real deal. Very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me/customizing my experience to meet my needs. "River Flower is so inviting. They host local artists in their gallery space and the art rotates every few months. River Flower has it all, massage, yoga, and energetic healing such as reiki. The space is big and open clean and crisp. Amazing lighting in all of the massage rooms and the Yoga Studio. The staff are so lovely. I booked a massage and my therapist was very attentive. I feel like all of my needs were addressed and then some. I can tell that the staff really is invested in their work and their clients. Definitely add the cannabaceae to your massage it’s to die for! The yoga room is small and cozy. All of the teachers are welcoming and supportive. They have classes for every age and body. Their class schedule is pretty full so there are a lot of times and options to suite your needs and schedule. There is a really affordable new student option that gives you the opportunity to try a bunch of classes and meet all of the teachers. Very excited to see what kind of events they might host in their yoga space in the future."

"Had our first couples massage at River Flower Wellness center. The team there is top notch. From the moment you enter the place you can feel calm, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. The staff is great -- friendly and helpful. Our massages were very nice. My massage therapist was extremely attentive and even noticed some swelling that I'd neglected to mention when I filled out my paperwork. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The music is what you would typically expect in a massage room (if you'd had one, you know what I mean). Haven't tried other services -- reiki and yoga -- but know they're offered there as well. Looking forward to our next experience there."

"The facility is clean and beautifully designed. As far as massage places go, not intimidating but very friendly and caring. The staff is very knowledgeable and intuitive. They have more than just massage! A rotating art gallery and yoga! Jon, the owner, is also somewhat of a celebrity and is very friendly with the best stories!"
