"Worst location and poor quality service! My daughter had her partial highlights on 7/29/2022 with Gene- director who supposed to be the highest stylist but we had the worst experience ever. The service lasted 2 and half hours only which surprised me. Usually with the length of my daughter's hair will take at least 4 hours. After 5 days her hair color stripped. Can't even see any red, it turned out like dark blonde with a touch of light pink. I called and they scheduled another appointment. We had to go back a week and 2 days after just to fixed it. The director dyed her hair again but he didn't even dry her hair. Imagine walking out of the salon, walking around the mall with your hair wet like dripping wet? So embarrassing! I had to call a manager to complain that we are not going home until her hair is blow dry. She apologized because the stylist have another appointment and couldn't dry her hair. They were fully booked so I explained it to her that we shouldn't be there in the first place if they did it right. It was inconvenient for us driving back and spent another hour for it. The manager herself blow dry my daughter's hair. We were expecting a good quality service but no! If could give zero star I would. Dino Palmieri inside Beachwood mall is the worst."

"Got exactly what I wanted with color and cut. Debbie was my stylist and she was so good at giving me exactly what I came in for. It was my first visit with her and it's as if she knew my hair. Perfect !!!"

"My appointment today with Gene Belikov was professional in every way! This man isn't just a stylist - he's an artist with scissors. My hairstyle was a mess, with different lengths and proportions that didn't match. With the utmost care and precision, Gene has conjured up a haircut that suits me and is technically 100% super. I've met a lot of "stylists" and hairdressers here in the US and in Europe: Gene knows his job and it's fun to watch him at work. Thanks! "Made an appointment for consultation for color and cut. The stylist my appointment was with was nice. I showed her the picture of the color I wanted and asked her if it can be done on my hair. She said yes. She asked me if need a haircut and blow dry ( that’s what my appointment was for) I was like yes. I was told that my appointment was messed up and she doesn’t have time for haircut and blow dry???? Wait a minute…. Am I suppose to leave salon with wet hair??? Long story short hair color was not even close to what I wanted and there was a thick line of color along my forehead which I noticed after leaving, went back and got it cleaned. Came home disappointed, told my friend what happened , she convinced me to call back and have the get it fixed. I called, they gave me another appointment to get it fixed ……asked me if I wanted my appointment with a top level stylist or lower level ( very disturbing) you guys are a professional salon, I think atleast!!! Very disappointed. Will post another review after my second appointment."

"At least my 5th time cutting my hair hare, all 4 times regardless of the stylist my hair cut was 26 dollars. When i arrived , i was assigned to a stylist which was nice, upon finishing and ready to pay, the receptionist told me my fee was 40 dollars. I was shocked, indicated no one told me this and this is not my 1st time and all my previous sessions were for 26. Just surprised by the level of professionalism."
