Our warm and welcoming staff is educated and up-to-date with all the latest styles and techniques to ensure you leave feeling fabulous. At Jo Hair, we take your safety seriously, with precautions in place such as large exhaust fans, plastic barriers, and proper distancing between chairs. Our staff sanitizes stations and replaces linens between client sessions to keep everyone safe.

Our services include haircuts, hair coloring (using Goldwell and Redken products), manicures, pedicures, and chemical straightening (Keratin and Pravana). We serve the Cleveland East Side area, including Beachwood, Orange, Pepper Pike, South Euclid, and more. Jo Hair is named after the owner's two children, Julian and Olivia. "I knew I was going to be late so I called ahead to let them know. I ended up being 20 minutes late for my appointment (my fault) and called from the parking lot explaining I was lost. The man who answered (the owner, Shelby) was unfriendly and unprofessional during the call. He could have just said he couldn't help me because I was late. Instead he decided to be passive aggressive and explain he can't do a hair cut in 10 minutes (didn't realize they only schedule 30 minutes per shampoo, style, and cut either). Obviously I knew they couldn't get me in and out in 10 mins and I kept repeating I understood. At the end, he told me maybe if he isn't too busy next week he could help me and he hung up on me without saying bye. I understand it was probably frustrating to him that I was late, but a little professionalism goes a long way."

"I had the privilege of having my head shaved for St. Baldrick's by these guys! I donated three ponytails measuring 22 in long each. Not only were they kind and compassionate and willing to donate their time to a good cause but they also allowed two of my cancer surviving friends to shave my head with their guidance! Thank you guys so much!"
