"Elisabeth was an amazing phlebotomist! I needed a lot of blood drawn, and Elisabeth continuously checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The blood draw itself was completely painless. Everyone very so kind, caring, and compassionate. This was the best lab experience I have ever had!"

"Great customer service, prompt, and friendly. Technician that performed venipuncture did not apply pressure at vein site after removing the needle. This left me with a somewhat painful arm and very ugly venipuncture site for days."

"I am only giving you two stars because the check in person was polite. I called in prior to arriving, due to me being at two other OSU locations. I was told that they could not do this particular blood test (Venous Blood Gas) so I thought I would call in and double check that they could complete it in Dublin. I spoke with a David and he said that they could do it as long as I arrived by 5. I went to the lab and was told that they didn't do anything like that. The gal that I was speaking with, turned and looked over her shoulder and asked another co-worker if they did that test. In a very abrupt manner, she responded and said "No". She then said that they never do that test here. I then remembered that I had this test done back in March or April and asked if they could verify if I had it done there. At that time, they all changed their tone of voice. I told them that I spoke with David and they called him. Still, I was told that it couldn't be completed. If I knew this was going to be the case then I wouldn't have made the trip in to Dublin. I was already all over Columbus trying to get my test done and I live in London. I left there and called my doctor's office. She wasn't sure where the test could be completed and sent a message to my doctor. At this point, I probably won't have an answer til Monday since it is the holiday. She was the only one that had gone above and beyond in trying to get an answer for me. Dublin did not which is really disappointing for me. I can normally plan on them being the "5 Star Location"."

"The experience is awesome from the moment I walk through the door. Many smiling faces who are there to help. I love My chart and appointments are so very easy to make everything was done in a timely fashion and everyone in the lab was so nice and efficient."

"This facility is top of the line! Very clean without the antiseptic smell and feel. Everyone I came into contact with was so polite and helpful. The professionals are well educated and know their stuff. I felt listened too and they may sure I understood what was going on. Lab work was in and out with no pain. Scans were done very efficiently and I was told what was going on every step of the way. Overall, I feel like I’m in good hands!"
