"The new staff members are rude, especially the Guyanese phlebotomist. This is unacceptable during a time of staff shortages in New York State. They aren't wearing ID cards as required. I am filing complaints with the relevant departments in New York State and Northwell Health. The phlebotomist snatched my prescription, had a nasty attitude, and should not be allowed to serve patients. She didn’t provide her name or wear an ID card. She lied about not grabbing it, but I pointed out the CCTV cameras that recorded her behavior. She then refused to take my blood and told the manager she wouldn't serve me. The manager, who was less than five feet away, claimed not to have seen anything, seemingly to protect their staff."

"I had an appointment w/ Lab Corp . I was on time. There were 3 people ahead of me. They were waiting on line in the hallway. I looked for local blood labs, and I knew of the one in Syosset. No waiting in the hallways they had seats available clean and I am so happy I went there. I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes. Kind friendly atmosphere. I was done in two minutes, Northwell will be my go to."

"It’s all about service. My medical professional is ALWAYS sweet and pleasant even when she’s opening up the joint to meet me at 6AM! Throw in the fact she’s working solo taking blood AND doing paperwork to a full office while maintaining her professionalism, why go anywhere else?"

"This lab is the best. They are friendly on time and very efficient. the only problem is that there isn’t enough help and in the past there was one extra girl. They are really stretched to the limit and I think that will affect SERVICE. The girls are working so hard and keeping up with the flow. They also now have to ask for insurance and also have the patient sign at the end which is two extra steps that take more time. The solution is to have a little more help."
