"Last fall, I purchased a pair of Marciano frames from Wink Eyewear. They turned out to be the worst pair of glasses I have ever owned (and the most expensive). From day one, the glasses never fit properly, and after four trips to have them adjusted, the arm broke off completely. Today, I took my fifth trip back to Wink to get resolution ... here's what I was told: They could send them back to the supplier, at MY expense, and MAYBE they would be replaced and MAYBE they wouldn't! If they wouldn't replace them, I could buy another pair! I'm very supportive of our community and thought that this eyewear boutique would be a great place to get glasses. I've worn glasses for over 50 years, and love the selection at Wink; however, customer service is also important, and it was lacking. Now, I'm going to get out the Super Glue and fix them myself!"
