"I’m done with this place. Went there a couple of months ago only to find out that they pulled the provider to Boardman because they were busy. Wasted trip. Gave them another chance today with a problem I’ve had many times in the past. Apparently my doctor has been treating my problem wrong for the past 10 years because someone who went to school for a couple of years knows more then he does. When he finally gave me a diagnosis he forgot to call in my prescription and tomorrow everything is closed for the holiday."

"Call before you waste your gas in this day and age and be sure to ask to talk to the Columbiana receptionist because the first operator just works a switch board. My husband came down 1 hour before they closed to find a note they had to close early, the next day I called to ask if they’d be open at 6:30 if he came back down after his long work shift and she said no they were understaffed! Then a week later I gave them one more shot and went in the morning for an X-ray for them to tell me their X-ray was closed! Only good thing was the receptionist was very nice and there was no one there at 8:30 am"

"I highly recommend Southwoods express care they were so great with my 2 year old son! The receptionist was super friendly. All three times I’ve brought him in I’ve been taken back right away. They are super nice and really listen to your concerns. They did an amazing job to explain to my son in a kid friendly way of what they were doing so it wouldn’t scare him. They made sure every time to make sure I understood what was wrong with him and I knew what to do to help treat him. They sent over the medication needed right away to the pharmacy. I even had to get the one changed due to my son not liking the taste and they were super nice and did it right then. I can’t recommend Southwoods enough!!"

"Waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room. Then finally got called back 5 mins before they closed. The "Dr" then went on to tell me she was stumped about my son's rash and slapped a random diagnosis on it to push us out the door. And I know it was random, because she admitted that his symptoms don't match that diagnosis but she doesn't know what it could be so I should take him to his pediatrician tomorrow. Also, would like to add that the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and thought it was smart to call Southwoods maintenance men dumb by saying "we would be lucky if those maintenance guys could find our front door" to a patient in front of everyone. I sure hope they can get this new place running smoother and maybe find more respectful employees to hire there."
