"Marian at NY Life was amazing. Helped our business save a $1,000 a month on our group health insurance. She discussed the options we had and walked us thru the process. Was always there to help each employee filling out the applications. I would definitely recommend her reviewing your business and personal health insurance. Randy Hart manages our 401k and all our life insurance needs. He is always available to consult on our life insurance and investment options. Randy’s office is a valuable resource to my business. Thank you for helping our business grow."

"NY LIFE COLUMBIANA OH RT 14. I called to ask if they sold commercial health insurance, like Anthem and that i started an appl. for a plan on HC.GOV for medical. I wanted to do my due diligence n see if i could find a commercial plan I liked that would work for me vs having a gvment plan. I then told her, Marion. i started applic on Heathcare .Gov and called her office ramdomly n just wanted to see if they sold individ. HC plans. She never did answer that question? She never took any interest in me as a customer let alone a person and at this point she started talking down to me. I did catch her as she was getting ready to leave office and she chose to take the call. But her demeanor didnt match her willingness to help and acted like I was the burden of her day. Still not to perturbed enough though to say i dont think i can help you but lets sign in to your hc.gov account. I said oh..you can sign in to my account? She responded No, i would need your email address and password. I thought to myself..honey, you have alot of AUDACITY to ask me for access to my HC.GOV account when its really none of your business. But I held back. Like I was gonna give her a passcode to my account when she still had never answered the main ? as to why I called. I think she is biased and assumed i had low income...and thats not what hc.gov is all about and cost is based on income. Then had the AUDACITY to tell me my best option was to go on medicaid. Yeh right lady...I am 58 yrs old n I'm not handicapped in any way...a retired registered nurse after 33 yrs and she wants me to spend down all of my money before I would even be eligible. I would suggest NY LIFE put Marion thru a lil Dealing with People Seminar of some sort to improve her communication skills and also a lil discipline regarding her propensity to breach someones' privacy, putting her nose in someones' business and making a conscience effort to breach their privacy! Rude Rude Rude!"
