"After being recommended here for great pricing found out the pricing wasn’t so great. My boys were not complicated cases. After asking if there was anything Dr. could do to help with the price since I don’t have ortho insurance I said I was going to have to talk to my husband and consider a second opinion. I was told not to come back. Not by the Dr. He didn’t have the nerve to tell me himself. He made the poor office girl do it. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Go elsewhere. I will pay twice as much to go to someone who knows how to treat people. Found out later that day he has done this to others."

From the consultation to discussing my options, getting my spacers, my braces, and changing my wires, they are all very accommodating and willing to work with you and what you need/want. All of my questions and concerns have been answered, they respond to emergency appointments immediately, and they take your pain seriously. My teeth look fantastic and I have never felt more confident. All around an amazing experience, from start to finish."
"Wasted our time with a consultation, impressions, and xrays. Advised my daughter needed treatment. Had me schedule a 2 week appointment to get started then called an hour later to say they would not take her on as a patient. Receptionist said the doctor was worried I wouldn't follow through with an oral surgeon (because I asked how to get a quote beforehand) I just wanted the full price of treatment before signing on. If they were worried about finances, they could have checked our credit or spoke with us about concerns. Instead they wrote us off."
