"Extremely Unprofessional, filthy, and incompetent are just a few words that come to mind. One single phone line that you were lucky to get anyone to answer. When/if someone answered they were completely Unprofessional. I always felt like I called a private residence. My loved one was only there for 5 days because her status kept her from being accepted anywhere else and ended up back in the hospital on day 5. I refused to send her back and she felt fearful to return there."

"I can't believe you did this to my father Robert Secovitch. He is Septic and has not eaten for 2 day's and the nurse Bonnie never called Dr. Patocki in until she was ready to get off her shift. My Dad was sice Tues. when I saw him but because of the HIPA law I have no say so. Everyone should be fired at Concord for this. This is all about Insurance and Concord screwed my appointment for Oct. 11,2017 to go to Family Services to get my mom and dad on Medicaid. I still don't know if they were accepted or not because Joy told me there were only 2 more paper'sto sign from Concord. WAS THIS DONE? My father has brain damage from 9year's ago from Trumbull Hospital and he's not even safe in a nursing home when my mom and I got him through this. I am so mad right now. I'm the only child and i took care of them for 9year's. It's all about insurance. I read the article about WKBN watching Concord and I have had that phone number ready for a month to talk to Nadine Grimley. This is a person who is loved very much. "I recently visited a family member at this facility. It is disgusting! There were stink bugs all over her window. It smelled horrible in there. There has been a poop smudge on the floor in the same spot for 3 days. There was no bag on the garbage can dirty gloves laying in the floor. And the staff was rude to her. If you don't care about the well being of people don't go into nursing! Karma will get you, I hope when you're old someone treats you like you treat your residents!"
