"Grossly overcharged me for insurance for about two years. Only found out because state farm gave me the same covered for 67% less than what bowers charged. So I call to cancel my plan with them and they tell me I have to mail a letter to them.. I ask to use docusign or another electronic signature app and they say no. So I print out the letter, sign and mail it in like they request and they’re still trying charge me $100 claiming I didn’t send the letter. Now they threaten to send me to collections! Avoid this company at all costs!! 0 stars!!!!"
