"I got out quick. When I went to my sessions, this man did nothing but talk about his own accomplishments making me feel even more depressed and worthless. I have bipolar 1 disorder since 2007 and this guy just made me feel like I haven't accomplished anything since."

"My husband and I needed our child's records from a couple years back to be sent to his PCP for evaluation and they did not (and still have not) send the records for over a week and a half. It is against the law to hold patient's health records especially when a child is in need of help. Extremely disheartening and unprofessional."

"I called to get some information only to feel extremely slighted by the person who answered the phone. I told her that I was interested in getting information. She was not helpful and her tone was cold, quick and not nice. When people call this facility, I imagine most are feeling down or worse. How awful that they would be treated like that when calling to get help. I would never want to be a patient at a place where their front desk person would treat people like that."

"Kendra has no compassion for me. She does not give me any feedback. I have told her so much about my personal life as one would. There has been no counseling or help. I often ask her “what I should do about that” and there is nothing. It’s an hour long session and I have come to a point where I have no clue what to do or say to her. I feel as if she could have helped me so much more and she has completely failed. She has now put more stress on me because now in a timely fashion I have to to seek help. I would not recommend."

"I have some serious psychological issues that not just anyone can treat or even understand. It has taken a lot of time to find the right person for me and I have. Thank you Kristen for finding me Karin and thank you ever so much Karin for finding me Jordan. It has been a longer road than anyone can imagine. I couldn't ask for more understanding and people with a vast array of experience or study. You can find the perfect fit for you throughout Psycare just try they will help."
