"I came here for an emergency extraction and I regret it. There are not proper rooms for the patients. All they are is little booths that are poorly maintained; there is old equipment, dusty memorabilia, and covers off the outlets through the entire “room.” There is not even enough room for the nurse to properly move around the chair. While giving me the novocaine, Dr. Santucci shook my cheek aggressively while commenting that “This should be nothing since you’ve got those things in your lip.” When completing my extraction, he mocked me for not liking the crunching sound in my ear. He aggressively asked if I could open my mouth wider and when I told him no, he said “That’s not what your boyfriend told me. Your boyfriend says otherwise. He told me you that you can open your mouth wider than this. He wouldn’t be with you otherwise.” Dr. Santucci never spoke to my boyfriend as he waited in the car. After pulling the tooth, he tossed it into the little sink next to me, aggressively shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth, and then left the booth. I was sat by myself for 5 minutes before the nurse came in and had to clean the blood off my face. The aftercare I was given was a sandwich bag containing a piece of paper that was the post extraction instructions and 6 pieces of gauze. I had to go out and buy my own box of gauze; I used 24 out of 25 pieces of gauze. Do not waste your money. You will be belittled and mocked by the person responsible for your care, and not given the proper materials for your recovery. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"So very rude and unprofessional!! They're not patient or compassionate at all. He also came in from smoking a cigarette and didn't even wash his hands I think he was still dang near blowing smoke out of his mouth as he was walking into the room. I've seen so many other complaints from people saying how rude he is and the rude comments that he makes towards his patients and staff. Years ago he was sued because there was a mercury spill at the dentist office and he thought that two of the workers turned him in for not properly handling it. Mercury can be dangerous and hazardous. One woman refused to work until he had a professional company come in to clean up the Mercury. So he got mad and was cussing her out and threatening her until she ended up quitting. Then another woman quit because she refused to be the one to clean up the Mercury was he then cussed her out and threatened her as well."

"Have been having bad experiences since I was 12 with this dentist. He is very ignorant very mean. The last visit was my last visit tho. Finally had teeth pulled again and he was making me swallow the Novocain because “he didn’t have time to play in water”. While I was begging to spit it out. I have no clue how he is still in service after all these years. Also the Novocain wore off and he just kept going because “ we’re so close”. He also was very ignorant about me being afraid of needles."

Not even 24 hrs after having them removed I have my temporary teeth in and am on my way to recover. I can finally start to get my smiles back and my life. Thank you does not begin to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Santucci and his staff."
