"I was there for over 2 hours. The second woman who I seen was a horrible experience. I have no idea what her job title was or what her name was. At first I thought she was the eye doctor. She also did an eye chart test and she checked my eyeglasses on this machine numerous of times. She told me I have 20/20 vision. She put numbing drops and dilating drops in my eyes over six times. She seemed to not know what she was doing. She said the eye pressure machine wasn't working right. She left the room and came back several times. Then before I went in to see the eye doctor she put drops in my eyes again. Then finally when the eye doctor came in he went to drops in again and I told him the lady just put drops in my eyes. He said he had to put some in again. By the time I left out of there I could barely see to drive home. This was the worst experience. My eyes are still kind of blurry and feel weird. Now I'm scared to go back for my follow up appointment. I just can't go back there. This was a nightmare. I would have never thought this would happen. I had to share this. I would hate to see anyone experience this."

"If you are having issues, don’t go here. If you just want an eye exam and glasses it’s as good as any place. I don’t really understand why I got such a run around and waited so long. When it comes to your health and your eye sight, this place just isn’t worth it. After waiting months for a call back about my condition I just finally called another specialist."

"I went to Eye Care Associates on Western Reserve rd. to see about cataract removal in Feb. 2023. They found after testing that my left retina was torn pretty bad. They lasered my retinal to seal off the tear, it took a couple of laser sessions. After that I was cleared for cataract surgery. I had bad near sightedness and opted for mono focus lens implant to get great faraway vision. The doctor was very good, talking to me about what vision I wanted. No pressure to buy the most expensive lens. It worked out great. The staff and doctors from day one were great, always pleasant and helpful. One of the best things I’ve ever had done."

"I feel this place cares more about themselves then patient care or at the least cannot manage their appointments efficiently. I WILL BE CHANGING PRACTICES! Here are their actions that make me feel this way. We have waited months to take our daughter to this appointment. They contacted us the day before a major ice storm to confirm an appointment when initially we thought about cancelling. We thought if they are going in to work to take care of their patients then we will stick to our commitment. So after taking off work and driving through the elements to get there we pull up to see that they're closed. NO phone call, NO email, NO text, NO temporarily closed notice on google, NOT even a sign on the door BUT they were able to notify their doctors and staff! We sat in the parking lot and watched three other patients arrive and go to the door to find out the same thing. I feel saddened because our family and some relatives have come here for years and the Doctors are good but the business is not ran effectively to meet our needs anymore. The past few scheduling mishaps we thought were a one time thing and our relatives have voiced similar frustrations. Time to find a new practice."
