"From start to finish this man and his office staff were amazing. The staff spoke to me in a kind manner when I initially called to make the appointment for my mom who was referred to the office by her primary care physician with suspicions of Parkinson's/dementia. Upon arrival, they exhibited the same courtesy. We waited under 30 minutes in the waiting room. We were escorted by the nurse, I believe her name was Tasha. She spoke to my mom in a very caring, compassionate manner and assured her she was in good hands. The doctor did not keep us waiting long and he did a very thorough examination of my mom and went over everything in extreme detail from start to finish. He spent over an hour with us. He NEVER made us feel as though we were being rushed out of the office. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so we understood it. "I went to my general practitioner due to severe headaches. Upon examination, he was concerned about the droopiness of my face and immediately set me up an appt to see Dr. Salcedo. Got results from my MRI and I had a few questions. Joy called me and immediately copped an attitude with me because I was questioning the handwritten "normal" results-however the impression states otherwise. Due to family history of aneurysms, AVM ruptures, mini strokes and brain cancer, which is concerning to me, Joy told me I have nothing to worry about since Dr. Salcedo wrote "normal" on my paperwork. Joy also told me that I kept repeating myself after I told her I have all the neurological symptoms of a possible stroke which correlates with the impression on my report. Again told me I kept repeating myself and again told me that Dr. Salcedo told me that it's "normal". I would've given them zero stars if I had the choice but since I didn't I was forced to give them one."
