"Trash. The coffee was made sour (pretty sure it’s spoiled) then she remade it and didn’t actually make it right. Upcharged on the extra Carmel but gave less? Doesn’t make sense. All over a trash dunkin. Stay with the salt spring dunkin."

"It has happened to me not 1 time, 2 times but many times. I ask and specific during my order for adding less ice but still get full cup of ice in my drinks. The employees working there should make sure that customer gets what he/she requests."
"The service wasn't the greatest for me because I like when cashiers help you find out what you need, my cashier that day only wanted to take my order. Also my drinks were given to me faster than lighting but due to it they lost quality. It doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad Dunkin, I just had a bad experience that day."
"Older lady checking us out at the drivethru was absolutely rude. She didn’t talk to us at all and just gave a nasty look. Please someone tell her when you work customer service you have to put a smile on your face at all times :)"
