"This is probably one of thee worst run McDonald's around. They ALWAYS forget something (usually multiple items) them want to argue with you when you tell them...... even if you still have your receipt! The only reason I go back is because my daughter goes to the dance studio across the street so location is convenient and that's the ONLY positive thing about this place"
"This place is awful. Service is horrible. Food aucks most the time. Stopped there for a quick dinner because my son had to be back at his school for a function in 45 mins. Waited over 5 mins to be waited on. The employees see people waiting up front and just ignore them. Once waited on we waited 13 minutes for a 20 piece nugget and 2 large fries. The nuggets were way overcooked and as we didn't have time we just ate them. Had to eat really fast so I could get my son back to the school. Ridiculous we waited so long at a fast food place. I didn't even have the time to wait for the manager to complain because after waiting so long to order, then for our food we had to rush. Tried to call after I dropped my son off and no one would answer the phone. It's a shame this place has gone so down hill because it's right down the road from me and we use to go there often. This is not the first time we've waited a long time and the food wasn't good."
"I had a Mobile order for cold coffee, by the time I got through their 25 minute drive thru line. It was like water. When I asked the girl at pick up window how to avoid this delay next time (I was very nice to her). She said I don’t know what to tell you and slammed the window closed Wow"
"It’s disgusting that we work just like McDonald’s employees and they continue to not gaf about the freshness and getting everything you’ve paid. I ordered 3 French fries and the fries were hard that I couldn’t even bite it or crunch it in half. The ice cream was off white and had to tell them the rest of the order. Please don’t let them give you food like this especially paying $30+ for food. So it’s 7/26 today and the order taker was ridiculous she couldn’t do her job right, and I didn’t get my cheeseburger, or receipt.The beef patties are too small for the Bic Mac bread!"
