"I was really looking forward to looking at this hall for my wedding reception today, my mom made us an appointment I show up and noone is there. We called the lady who thought our appointment was at 4pm when it was at 5:30. She forgot about it and was all the way in Boardman. She asked us to reschedule but we told her that's it's hard with my work schedule. She told us she'd call us right back but never did. Unprofessional. I will be choosing a different venue."

"We just had our wedding reception here yesterday and I am so happy we picked this place! The regency house is very clean and beautiful and great size! Cathy’s catering was out of this world the food was awesome and our guests kept telling us how great the food was! All the staff was so incredibly nice and Cathy was so helpful with setting this up for our day! One of the girls in the staff I don’t know her name but she was wearing a white shirt, she was just so sweet! I definitely recommend this place for any event!"
