"The only thing I liked about it coming here was the one lady that works at the check in. Other than that I found everyone to be rude and not wanting to listen to what I had to say. They also never answer their phones. Every single time I try to call they don’t pick up at all and it transfers me to the Erie location. I will never be returning here again. They don’t take patient needs seriously."

"Horrible experience for us after the first amazing visit in the Ashtabula location. Unable to reach a person without waiting on the phone only to be hung up on repeatedly for a week straight. Nobody knows what the other is doing. Once in the procedure room for my daughter, Attempted to give the wrong iud. Then told nothing was approved so they can’t do it. Then, they brought the right medicine WITHOUT AN APOLOGY and acted like nothing happened. Never gave her the required pregnancy test and the worker said we won’t worry about it. Good thing I was paying attention anbut the Iud and we know that’s pregnancy wasn’t an issue for my daughter. Gave my daughter no instruction while placing IUD while provider continuously stated that she can’t see which I assume is what was causing extreme pain during the procedure. Very traumatizing for my child to be touched without being told what they were doing. Horrible bed side manner. Horrible attitude of the worker that assisted. Once our follow is complete we will NEVER RETURN. Do not go here. Ever. This places process has medical malpractice written all over it. If we had not realized, they would’ve placed an iud that was not appropriate medically for my daughter and it wasn’t approved by the insurance. And another person could have been pregnant which causes a miscarriage."

"The ONLY good thing about this place are the ladies at the front desk. They are amazing. Otherwise, I have had a terrible experience. I had a miscarriage and the doctors and medical assistant were completely cruel and not empathetic in any way. The Dr (Zabo) fought me on scheduling a follow up appointment and never once took blood work for HCG levels or a follow up ultrasound. This is a horrifying place of practice I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here."

"The doctor I had today was absolutely great I do not remember her last name but her first was Suzanne! She was so wonderful and cared about the fact we could not find the heartbeat of my unborn child and got me right in for a sono to make sure everything was okay! It’s very nice to know that there are people who care and do their job as expected! (:"
