"This company is horrible do not trust your children with this company the very neglectful we’ll leave your kids by there self have them around there family leave the un attend for hours give them meds that not supposed to be give them if they have melt down to calm them like there a doctor it just horrible I would not recommend this company I hope I find a better company soon because this not it all all they don’t even see there clients face to face everything done on a app this is crazy they need to be drug tested on a weekly base the need to be screened weekly by there employer Crystal is very nasty when you get on the phone with her has a attitude problem and never around when need to address a issue you have to wait days for a response smh worst company in America"

"Terrible service. They do not work with the client to find the right staff. This is a churn and burn company that does not care about the clients at all. They just want to throw staff at a home so they can bill. My questions were never answered, they acted like it was a problem to work with us, were always rushed and seemed not to care at all. Have worked with other agencies in the past that were much better this one not so much. Would never recommend."

"I'm not sure what's going on but Expert Care hasn't been so "expert" lately. I've been having issues and when I reached out to my clients case manager L.G. andshe completely ignored my text msg. Not very professional. And I really dislike when my hours are being taken away! One hour was taken in one week! WHY?!"

"This place is honestly a joke. If I could give them negative stars I would. First I waited 3 months for them to set up an appointment to get our process started with pt and ot. They never called. Then I had to go through my child's caseworker to get them to call "again" even though they never did. They then send me paperwork after a few weeks to fill out and they tell me "you'll be on a waiting list so no rush" then proceeded to rush me. I filled it out sent it in and then a week later we set up an appointment for today October 31st at 2:30pm. Mind you I have text messages, emails, and voicemails of the confirmation of this appointment. I call today and ask if they're still coming to evaluate and they tell me "you didn't turn your paperwork in on time and they sent you emails and messages telling you about the cancellation" if it was cancelled why do I have no emails, messages, or voicemails stating that and also why is my kid still on the schedule for today's appointment? What they do is double book clients and try to lie their way out of it and honestly it's not the first time I've dealt with this. This place is an absolute joke of a company and I highly recommend you use a different company."

"I have been working for Expert Care for more than 3 years. They really care about their employees and consumers. All staff at EC are really nice. When I go to office for training or any reason front desk people make me feel welcoming and greet everyone with a big smile. I would recommend anyone for this company."
