"Most definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. I came an hr early so I could make sure I could pick my son up from school. I was still waiting 2 1/2 hrs later so I went to reschedule he told me to wait they put me in a room he finally came 30mins later to the room and had no idea what I was there for instead of waiting for the blood work to come bk for correct dosage of medicine he just told me to take double the amount of what I was taking! Very unprofessional and freighting to know he's playing a major role in people's lives, meaning life or death and he isn't taking it serious. He told me before I left don't leave us we need you, he only wants the money. Look for someone who cares and doesn't just see us as stupid ppl to give him money."

"Over booked scheduling, standard 1-2 hour wait to be seen. No follow through to correct their mistakes. They failed to include a PT scan with discharge instructions, didn't mail it when I called. Then failed to fax the orders to Mercy scheduling when I requested. Unprofessional service in my opinion. No one should accept a wait that long or total lack of follow through. I fired them, and I'm not sorry that I did."

"Great caring office. Dr. Moosa listened to my concerns when no one else did.They take their time with you . I see Allison now and she is AMAZING. She cares about her patients and their well being. Deffantly recommend."

"Dont recommend! I have been seeing them for over 2 yrs. I will say that Allison was wonderful, but Dr Moosa was rude and uncaring. Only saw him about 3 times over this span. Had to wait well over an hour for each visit sometimes over 2 hrs...only to have about 5-10 minutes with the doc, and he came in with no recollection of my info or history each time. Just today I sat for over an hour and a half to see him and he came in with no real idea who I was, told me there was nothing more he could do for me and told me to find another doctor! No reason or explanation from him or his staff...even when I asked what was happening. Completely rude and a waste of time and money! Looks like others have had the same experience lately from the reviews. Steer clear!"

"Would not recommend the Doctor. I have been going here about 7 years. I have seen Moosa 3 times in that time frame. Today I waited over two hours for him to come into the room. After making two statements he told me he wanted to adjust my pump. I politely declined a pump adjustment due to my insurance ending at the end of the month and me being unsure if I'll be able to afford my diabetes supplies. After interuppting me while I was trying to explain this he simply states that he will no longer see me at his clinic. (When did you in the first place?) He stated he would give me a three month supply of insulin and good luck to me. This practice is an absolute joke. He is an extremely rude person. He does not care about his patients or their well being. I absolutely LOVE Allison and would recommend her. Dr. Moosa? Absolutely not."
