"Made an appointment online, just to be told it was an hour and a half wait. Other urgent cares either make appointments a priority or alternate walk-ins and appointments."

"I was so pleased with my visit here. I pre-registered on the computer. Im computer stupid but it was pretty easy. Jon the tech at the front desk was great, he was fun to talk to very personable. I went in with him to get my vital signs and was ready for the nuse practitioner Chris. She was wonderful, she smiled, listened and we even spoke of some tv shows. It was a great visit, Im in the promediica health system, a very cold, unfriendly visits when going to the Dr. I feel more relaxed when being treated with kindness and friendly conversation. I will go to them again and try to avoid the promedica system Chris and Jon made my appointment pleasurable."

"horrible experience. disregard the walk ins welcome because the woman who i spoke with was very ignorant and rude. was not sure if we could be seen and thats okay but she was talking to us like we were stupid and started off by lieing to our faces saying its only by appointment. I said its advertised in multiple places walkins welcome. She referenced a nail salon and how walkins work and asked me “do you understand” all sarcastically like i was slow. She then said she was on lunch and cant see anything for scheduling i said thats fine there is no rush and enjoy your lunch we are okay waiting. she continued to tell us just to go buy an at home covid test acting fed up with us. She made it very clear they drive off possible patients and do not want to work or help people. she was insistent on chasing us off. Come to find out it was the manager all along. Very scary. Why do these people even bother working these jobs with the public if they hate it so much?"

"Wife waited 1.5 hours to be seen (even with an appointment). Not great when you already feel terrible. There are better places to go to be seen quickly."

"Went in three times in the last few months due to insurance issues and they have been nothing but kind and understanding. I was feeling sick after this weekend so I made an appointment. I showed up a bit early in case they had any cancellations, unfortunately not, but the kind person working the desk made sure I had water and a few bags in case I was ill. The gentleman I saw took the symptoms I gave seriously, we talked through potential causes, and had a solid treatment plan moving forward. I’m sorry other people had bad experiences but maybe I’m only there when it isn’t busy."
