I attempted to be seen today and after waiting 3 hours and being forgotten on the exam room I left without ever seeing a Dr. This place was just a steady stream of drug addicts coming in to be tested and have court papers signed. Disgusting that it's even called an urgent care."

"I had to have a TB test and drug screen for my job. The receptionist was very nice and I didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. Whe I went back for my TB test 2 days later I was taken in and the nurse looked at my arm and I was finished. It took only like 10 minutes. Great experience."

"1st visit was a 10. Great staff. Very compassionate. Nothing could have been better. 2nd visit was a 5. Waited 1 1/2 hours in the treatment room to be seen. Missed 1/2 day of work that I wouldn’t have had to. Would be a total 10 if it wasn’t for the wait on the second visit. (I think they forgot I was in there waiting.)"

"each time i have been here the receptionists have been nasty and rude. long wait times even if you have an appointment (and you can also discuss and agree on an appointment time with a doctor and then they will completely change that appointment time). you will wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, they’ll take your vitals and sit you in a room, then leave you there for another 45 minutes. by the way, while we are in our rooms, we can hear every word you say in that hallway. maybe you shouldn’t be talking poorly of your patients and complaining about how they are so inconvenient—it’s your job to be taking care of us. the female doctor is very condescending and rude. dr burnell however is incredible. i’d love to know how he remains so spirited while surrounded by such draining people. attitude is everything, people. glad to say i won’t be returning here."

"When I walked through the door I was told that there is a 3 hour wait for a DOT physical. It actually was said as if she hoped that I would leave!…it’s not very crowded, in fact for a while I was the only person in waiting room. The parking lot is pretty empty as well. I called the day before to make an appointment but was told I didn’t need one. Had I been told over the phone about the 3 hour wait time I most certainly would have picked a different location. Update: Thank goodness i stuck it out, the wait time ended up not being that long and the Dr was most amazing and made the entire experience worth while. I most definitely will recommend"
