"I had a very BAD experience with the Brunswick office first off they had my name all screwed up and could not find me in my network then 15 minutes before I leaving my house to get there they still had not verified my insurance that GRACE they have working there better RELEARN her job I arrived for my appointment all fine and well then when I go to check out they said that's 103.00 mind you I'm in Medicaid can't afford food so how am I supposed to pay for that we had words I left went outside called my insurance co just to have them tell me it was covered I talked to my provider and they helped me get another appointment SOMEWHERE ELSE that would accept my insurance and not argue with me in front of other customers I was headed back home and received 3 phone calls from Clarkson eye care saying they got it straightened out I said no thanks I'll be going elsewhere GRACE was not very professional acting like she had to prove she was right well low and behold like the saying goes the customer is always right I will be telling all my friends and family you SUCK!!"

"I was charged for contact lenses when they were covered already by my insurance. I was also told that two boxes were covered by insurance and I only elected to get two boxes. Once I looked at the bill, I was charged. I called back and was told I would get reimbursed and I am still waiting. My issue is that you were so quick to take my money but are taking your time to reimburse me. It is very frustrating, especially when i never should’ve been charged."
