"Arrived at the ER at 8:45pm, so. Was having pain in his ear. When we arrived there was one person that was ahead of us. We got in, he got weighed and checked out by the nurse and then the doctor, doctor prescribed medication, they gave him a dose there. All with in 15 minutes . The nurse said you guys are lucky we are not busy this evening only two other people here. We waited another 50 minutes just to be discharged. They said they still had to get us registered. I am very thankful that they took care of my son so fast and happy there was hardly anyone there. But to make us wait 50 minutes after we were done with the doctor. Was told I was being unreasonable for asking what was taking so long after being told 3 times, only 10 more minutes. Also, Christmas being the next day and all the pharmacy’s being closed it would have been nice to give us a little of the medication to take home. So we got one dose but my son will have to suffer until the day after Christmas to get his medication. Receptionists was extremely rude. Should have gone to Southwest ER"
