"Last month I got a call to order new supplies, set up the order, and heard nothing back at all until this morning. They were going to cancel the order because nobody had asked me over the month to confirm I agreed to the out of pocket amount through my insurance. "I don't care, it's been a month, I need this stuff," and then my order was finally ready to go through and I would receive it in 5-7 days. 30 minutes later, I had order confirmation through Amazon that all the supplies I need will be here tomorrow for 2/3 the cost Sleep Health Solutions gave me, and this is without the need for insurance. I called Sleep Health Solutions back to cancel my order, confirmed I had no outstanding debts, and asked to have my contact and payment information removed from their systems as I would no longer be a customer."

"Fraudulent group of disorganized liars. My new machine was defective. They were supposed to repair my machine and return it to me, but instead lost the machine. They were supposed to replace my machine with a new machine. They instead replaced it with somebody else's used machine. Gross. They called and said they spoke with a manager and this time they were really really going to send me a new machine. They lied, of course, and sent me yet another used machine. I have returned their used machines and they have yet to supply me with a new working machine. They defrauded me and my insurance company. This started in 2023 and as of today March 26 2024 is still accurate. When I dropped off those used machines at their location (I didn't trust them to acknowledge the returned machines if I just sent them back) you see piles and piles of peoples machines thrown and stacked around the room like hoarders. This is after they sent the wrong machine, then sent the wrong supplies several times (still billed for them). What a mess. Avoid these dishonest and disorganized people. If anyone sues them, contact me and I'll join you."
