"I went to Hearing Health USA for a replacement of a broken part ( for hearing aides I did not even purchase from them ) ....... Dr. Neville went to extraordinary means to accommodate me .... but perhaps the best part of my visit was him taking the time to teach and enlighten me of a John Hopkins Study about the importance of wearing my aides ALL the time and not as if they were spectacles to be taken on and off ...... I learned that my brain needs continuous aural input during waking hours ..... continuous input because hearing input is used by ALL of the brain ...... it continues to fire neurons that you wouldn't think your brain was using and basically keeps them in tune and prevents demyelination or a breaking down of brain nerve cells ...... meaning potential early loss of cognition .... early onset of dementia .... perhaps an onset of of Alzheimer's ........ "I was going to get my hearing aids from Vista until they wanted a $500 deposit from me and I was told by my insurance company that they will completely covered and I should not be giving them any money they told me that they would be giving me the money back after the insurance company paid yeah right have you heard the word scam!!"

"I was talked into a more expensive hearing aid because I was having so much trouble with the first hearing aids I bought from Vista and these are worse! I spent over $7,000 on these (which I never got my $500. rebate) and these are crap! I was also told that Vista sold me the wrong kind of hearing aid! I am stuck with these and I can't hear out of them! They have tried to adjust them but never works! I will never buy from these shysters again!
