"She got me on aimovig which is great but I've been having some side effects when I do need ti take sumatriptan still, and she completely ignored my concerns. It's really frustrating because the aimovig she got me on reduces my migraines but they get worse right up before I take the shot the next month, so I have to take the sumatriptan. She doesn't really spend a whole lot of time with me in visits anymore, my last virtual visit wasn't even 5 minutes, and all she did was talk the whole time"

"Dr. Ali is a wonderful doctor. He has a great personality and a wonderful bad side manner. He explains things in detail. He listens to your concerns. Answers questions. He is very compassionate. He helped me so much with my migraines. Excellent doctor!"

"I came in for a nerve problem in my neck and legs dr. bednar took multiple blood test and 5 X-rays but gave up after that (one day visit). well my symptoms reduced by them selfs they reappeared later after another injury I found out my self my lower spin was not in proper alignment I will not give bender the secret to how I helped my self but even a chiro said I could of had a bulging disc (witch will not show on XRAY) I should of followed up with a MRI and the X-ray should of been taken with me standing and sitting because that's when I had symptoms (she never even asked ) but they were taken on my back and lying down. what a waste of time and money no sympathy from the dr. she clearly doesn't want to be bothered by our problems.no thanks to her I am doing better ask a chiro before you see this place please."

"Migraine "specialist" Gave up after Botox didn't work. I had a virtual visit at 11:30Am was called at 10am and asked if I will take my visit early, which I did. Not 5 minutes after my appointment I called back with a question for Dr. Ali, he left for the week end.... This was 10:30 on a THURSDAY. Doctor/nurse called in 2 prescriptions but never did the pre-approval work. I was in intense pain and irritability and LEFT HIGH AND DRY FOR RELIEF. Ali put a note in my chart that I was "abusive to staff"...I questioned why he would call meds in then not make sure if get them. I am not his patient anymore and would never return. I'm going to Cleveland clinic Foundation for migraines now; they have solutions past Botox... The only solution Ali offered."

"I haven't really ever reviewed doctors before but by golly please take my advice. Choose anywhere but here. Between being marginalized and spoken over by dr. Bednar to being given the equivalent of a verbal shoulder shrug. I'm sure there are more competent and compassionate providers out there. You won't find that here."
