"Let me just say if I was the owner I’d fire everyone that works in this dump, they Never have peppers and onions when I go in but CHIPOTLE ALWAYS DOES!! Hot head sucks!!! I’ll never spend another dollar in that dump. Chipotle has better quality food and it’s cheaper. You lost a loyal customer here !!"
"Use to love hot heads. I ate it often. However recently I find the steak doesn't taste like it use to. I don't know if it's been changed or what but it's just not as good as it use to be."
"Waited half an hour in line before being able to order because there were exactly 2 people working. My veggies are underdone due to the understandable inability of the workers to have any prep time. I have never seen a location this understaffed, and it shows in the quality and fml look in the faces of the workers. Looks like a nice location, hope they can turn this around."
