"The staff sitting, staring at you at the reception desk are jokes. They're more concerned with telling each other about their chicken fingers they order for lunch than they are with actually listening to the details you NEED to give them to even receive care. Or thinking you'll receive care.. no one at this office cares about you AT ALL as a patient or human being, especially the doctor. He couldn't be bothered and acted like me being there seeking help was a bother to him. He also acted like doing anything for my issue would've been an inconvenience for him. 10/10 would recommend absolutely everyone to go somewhere, anywhere else. Ashtabula, ACMC and most of those involved in this area are atrocious. The only person in the entire office that was decent was the nurse taking details once she took you to your room."

"Dr Verdun did my ACL replacement Jan 4th 2024. The experience was great. My healing has been amazing so far. His staff has been nothing short of amazing. I highly highly recommend him. I am almost 3 months past op and aside from my knee not liking the internal stitches (my body pushed part of one out) I am healing extremely well."

"My insurance required me to see Dr. Verdun for my carpal tunnel syndrome. He recommended and performed surgery on my right hand in Sept 2020. Although surgery went well, my hand felt worse within 9 weeks after surgery. A Physical Therapist, my PCP and the surgeon's PA all told me I needed to talk to the surgeon. Dr. Verdun dismissed my symptoms as "part of the recovery process,". I was told the same thing at 5 months after surgery. Fortunately, a different Dr. ordered testing at 7 months post surgery and discovered I had nerve damage and I was referred to a Hand Surgeon. My second surgery, with the hand surgeon, involved removing scar tissue that was heavily encasing my recurrent motor nerve and my median nerve and applying a nerve wrap. The scar tissue that formed is considered a complication of surgery. I think that Dr. Verdun should have considered this possibility rather than dismissing my symptoms. I have since learned that he specializes in surgery on knees and hips. For that reason, I would recommend going to a hand surgeon instead for carpal tunnel surgery. Finally, I have also learned that it is best to seek a 2nd opinion as soon as possible since I now have severe atrophy and permanent nerve damage in my dominant hand."

"I had a very painful torn meniscus & Dr. Verdun was a 2nd opinion. 1st Dr was suppose to be amazing. Didn't even seem to want to do my surgery. I felt like there was no hope. I seen Dr. Verdun, he read my MRI & gave me 2 options surgery or trying a less invasive treatment,,,I had already tried everything, I felt. Only seen him again right before surgery & that was fine with me. I know my knee will never be the same again, BUT I would NOT change a thing. He did a great job!"
