"The staff was polite and helpful. My glasses were in and I didn't receive the text message they sent. Wouldn't you call after I didn't respond to the text messages. I finally called and they were ready to be picked up several weeks ago. Again would have loved a phone call."
"I went in to use my eye exam for the year with my vision insurance from work. We also have 150.00 towards contact lenses for the year. The copay for the eye exam is 10 bucks. A year supply of contacts (at Walmart, other retailers is 142.00). Somehow the total came to $240. When i asked about ordering the contacts later i was told i would have to pay full price for the eye exam. Anyway, ill just cancel my vision insurance and use Walmart in the future. It is much more reasonable without needing insurance."
