"Dr. Franley is a awesome, amazing and funny Family Doctor as well as a beyond terrific sports medicine Dr. I went to 2 doctors and the hospital before i came to him when i had my foot injury and the hospital said it was broken and the other. 2 doctors said i was fine. Dr. Franley took time out of his day to reach out and get ever option possible looked at to figure out what was wrong with my foot and to get me the care i needed."
"Dr Franley is very knowledgeable and friendly but lacks professional manners. He says he wants to hear your story along with the test rests but then interrupts you every time you barely open your mouth. My first appt with him after I left the Cleveland Clinic as most of the CC doctors treat you like a number and rush you and don’t listen. So I left all Cleveland Clinic doctors and went to UH instead. I was in horrible pain and needed to see someone asap and got in to Dr Franley. I never got to talk about all my concerns as he interrupted me repeatedly and then wanted to move on to the next patient after barely ten minutes. So I am done with this rude doctor and the Cleveland Clinic."
"I went to see dr franley to have my scoliosis and herniated disks assessed. Upon my arrival the nurse asked me some basic questions. Then dr franley came in and asked the same questions and quickly prescribed me several medications withoutever giving me a physical exam or listening to my concerns. I had to yell at him as he tried to run out the room laughing with the student accompanying him. I told him i was not interested in drugs i just wanted an mri to assess how my condition has progressed. Instead of addressing my concerns he refered me to physical therapy. Not only would i never see this dr again, but i have concerns that hes teaching the medical students to follow in his foot steps of bad behavior. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER SEEING THIS DR. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU HE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR THE VISIT AND WASTE YOUR TIME."
