"This doctor was very rude to my son and wife. Kwan refused to write a prescription for allergy medication. Stating it was available over the counter. (Insurance would pay for it) My wife requested a referral which was also refused. Kwan also had an attitude when telling my son he was obese. I am so disgusted that my family was treated this way and I can’t wait to move! Find a doctor that isn’t in Ashtabula."

"I love Dr. Kwan! She's very friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and she takes her time with me. I never feel unsure about my medicine regimen because she explains everything so thoroughly. I have a bit of anxiety surrounding healthcare but I never feel nervous going to see her. She also makes it a point to let me know that if I need to see her sooner than my next scheduled appointment, to not hesitate to call."
