"Very satisfied with treatment. Only complaint would be to make it easier to find emergency room. Spent 10 mins in the parking lot with 2 other vehicles trying to find the ER. Great service though. Will return if needed."

"I appreciate the helpful staff members and all the people who come in and do their jobs. However, I find most of the staff to be unprofessional. My father's having a mental breakdown and hasn't eaten or drank anything in +48 hours, and we get an RN that wants to give us attitude and smart remarks. SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, MA'AM! We understand things can take time in hospitals. We waited 5 hours for a mental evaluation. On the fifth hour, they came in and asked if the mental evaluation was complete..... I've listened to countless conversations from the RN's in the hallway as if they were next to me speaking. Making pathetic jokes about people's situations, talking about patients like they can't hear you. Thank God for the people who care."

"Well a few of the nurses and techs seemed helpful and wanted to make my visit less stressful, but after a car accident so bad they fast tracked me to trauma, Luckily it was a fairly quick trip but in that ordeal no one brought me water, anything to help with the terrible pain, or just to check how I was doing. Used my own clothing as a makeshift pillow, also would have liked something to elevate my injured knee. On top of that upon dismissal I asked if they could give me info for a pcp the nurse went on a 5 min rant about I have to go in network or it's costly because of xy&z but included a obgyn referral. How do you know they are covered by my provider? Why do people have to talk down to others?"

"Nurse stacy is the best nurse on the planet she is so attentive and makes sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable. my mom came in with a cat and a dog bite and she was so nice and gentle when it came to cleaning the wounds. If i could choose a nurse to help me anytime it would be her!"

"If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. My niece was taken to Parma Emergency on January 11, 2024. She was in artrial fibrillation. The dedicated staff registered her confirming she was in atrial fibrillation did some blood work and made her wait over 3 hours before getting her a bed. Meanwhile nobody came out to see if she was okay or explain why the delay. By the time she went back to see a doctor for the 1st time, she came out of the atrial fibrillation. The aide that took us back to see the doctor, dressed down my niece for harassing the staff & proceeded to tell my niece & I, the patients that were back there and what they were in, there goes patient confidentiality. March 13, 2024 my niece received a letter from the "Patient Advocate" and responded to the issues my niece told her about. She could find nothing wrong about her treatment while in the emergency room. Never addressing how she was called a "troublemaker" or the why this employee felt she could talk about other patients conditions nor the fact there were 8 unoccupied beds when we went back. To me it looks like a case of "CYA" at it best I just read your response and it shows me nobody read my review. If you did, you would have seen your "Patient Advocate" had already responded to our original concerns about the emergency room and basically condoned the way my niece was treated by your staff. I do not like being patronized by someone who doesn't fully want to investigate an issue and tries to sweep it under the table and hopes it will go away. You people are dealing with peoples lives if you've forgotten that and this is one person who will fight for my niece's well being and will not let it go"
