"Dr. Adam Goins was very friendly and all ears to my problems and clearly explained me what is going on and what needs to be done. He spent lot of time and asked wherever he was not clear. There was no wait time and everything was perfect."

"MetroHealth has been my primary care provider for decades. Most of my outpatient procedures were at the main campus, but in recent years I have gone to the Parma Medical Center. I really like this facility. To me it has the feel of a small community hospital; although, it can seem a little desolate for early morning appointments. For me it is conveniently located, there is plenty of parking, the facility in easily manageable, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I also switched to the pharmacy there because it is one of the lest expensive options for my prescriptions."

"If i could give this ER a 0 star i would. I was "seen" in the ER saturday night my nurse was dana. the worst care i have ever recieved the provideres were gaslighting my symptoms. After i told them i had 10/10 chest pain my pulse was 130 and i was tachacardia they did 0 testing not even an ekg. I asked the nurse what medications she was giving me her response was " i dont know the ome with a really long name" they sent my perscription to a pharmacy no where near me without asking what pharmacy i wanted and when i asked her if she could change it she answered with attitude. " i mean i guess but it will take a long time because i dont know if the doctor is busy. They are closed tomorrow but you can call yourself on monday and have them change it". Turns out i have covid on top of pneumonia and have fluid in my lungs. But would this hospital know it? Nope because they choose to do 0 testing. With me being dehydrated no fluids ran. Now im the process of talking with an ombudsman and going after them for negligence of care."
