Traci is Amazing just like Dr Novak. Had no problem getting myself and my mom in for colonoscopy.He was wonderful. He even stopped me at the elevator for my mom. He's very careing also."

"Had an appointment with Dr. Novak last Tuesday, left the office knowing nothing more about my condition than what Google would tell you; he ordered bloodwork and told me someone would call to schedule a colonoscopy. Promptly gave blood, only heard from the office to verify my insurance as they had trouble with the prescription. Dr. Novak finally calls near 7pm, to which I was impressed as the office closed at 5. Ultimately, no appointment just a follow up on bloodwork with a request to retest the following day, and he personally said they would call to schedule the following day. Wednesday comes and goes, not 1 call regarding prescription, scheduling, or bloodwork. Thursday is quiet until I call around 4pm, the office give me the run around that I will be scheduled Friday or definitely Monday. Friday night finally get a call from Dr. Novak attempting a referral to a hematologist because of high white blood cells but still no scheduling for the colonoscopy I needed. Finally, after a week of their inability to schedule a procedure, order a prescription, and actually care about my concerns I just called and told them I’d find a different doctor who actually cares about my concerns"

"Good luck with getting a hold of someone at the office or getting them to return your call. Then when someone does I was told to call office as early as 7:30 am. Got answering service. It's April and colonoscopy is booked up until end of October. Good luck!"

"Writing a review because enough can’t be said how I was treated by Dr Novak and his staff at office and at the Hospital. I unfortunately had to have a second GI scope along with a colonoscopy as which I had never had. Upon talking to Dr Novak he was very patient and explained things in detail. He stepped up to the plate in so many ways for me even calling me at home. Just great to have this kind of personal care from him and all people involved. I even got a hand signed thank you from his department. Thanks again Gary"

"After three years of them “treating” me for Crohn’s…I was told I don’t have Crohn’s…maybe. They didn’t really know. Then stated it may be my pancreas. Then tried to gaslight me by saying it was my misunderstanding. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are not the folks you want treating you. I have been unable to keep weight on and continue to lose weight, with no energy. Stomach pain, with severe joint pain and my eyes are becoming affected…still no help from them."
