"Most of my visits have been positive in the store as staff are very helpful and looking to help me get the most of my memberships especially I have the vital core premium for fish. I buy regularly from the store for both fresh water and saltwater fish and supplies, dog food and supplies, cat supplies as well as bird food and supplies for my parrots. Most staff have been helpful at the Juneau, Alaska store except Jaz who changes the rules about fish returns even though I buy plenty of fish and supplies and have had an ocasional fish die, most of my fish are doing well. Most recently the salt water selection care has been lacking and so I won’t be getting fish until there is better care. However the fresh water fish care seems to have gotten better and am grateful for that. Other than the one customer service that isn’t friendly or helpful, all others are and I tend to enjoy going there."
"Is a great company. Sadly the website always lies about how many things are in stock so we never get any of what we need. It's also sad when you don't get anything that you need and you have to wait 10 to 12 days just to get a refund back. They really need to compensate customers for all the problems that their app causes and how much issues it causes other people when they can't get their products. I just wish they were able to make it so that your money would come back to you faster."
