NOW I'M OUT THE CORE CHARGE!! Do not order any parts online that have a core charge..learn from others mistakes."
"The staff seem to know what they're doing and while they didn't have what I was looking for, they did help me find an adequate alternative. Based on some of the other reviews I was expecting to be treated much worse. No, the staff didn't roll out the red carpet for me and give me the VIP treatment but why should they? I was there to complete a transaction and get on with my day. That's exactly what happened so I'm satisfied."
"The products are fine and the staff is usually knowledgeable. Prices are high but not outrageous. My beef is with the customer service. Some of the worst in Juneau. Never a smile when you walk in. Generally not friendly interaction. I always feel like I'm an annoyance to them rather than the guy walking in with the wallet. Not once have I been thanked after completing a transaction, which always involves me giving them money. I often walk out of there gritting my teeth because of the disrespectful treatment. This has been consistent there for years, obviously tolerated by management. NAPA is usually my last resort."
