"Entrance doors do not work properly. You can hear everything from the unit above you. At move out, I spent hours cleaning and patching holes, I even purchased the matching paint for $50 and painted - they charged for every small mark on the wall where I painted. Rent was increased by 35% at the second year."

"The property manager always had great communication with me when needed. I found her to very helpful at times. Overall, the apartment itself was more quiet than other apartments I have been in previously. They are a new build with nice amenities. The apartments have a great location where you can walk down to City Beach or downtown. I was very happy with my experience."

"Absolute WORST management I’ve ever experienced in any apartment complex. Christine is beyond incompetent. The doors to gain entrance never work, I’ve been locked out on numerous occasions with a key fab, or they’re just left wide open for anyone to enter. Good luck getting a hold of anybody to help resolve any issue. The pricing is OUTRAGEOUS for the accommodations. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not live here."

"If I could give less I would. Good luck ever trying to get a hold of someone. "Discover your new home", is a joke. They will leave you freezing in the dead of winter with a space heater and give you every excuse as to why it can't get fixed, offer no discount on rent even though the unit they are offering isn't living up to its advertised "amenities". On top of that, they will nickel and dime you on your move out. They don't care about you as a person. You are a tenant and a dollar sign. Good luck to you if you decide to live there."
