"Had items stolen from lobby, tried to have security check their 24 hour surveillance cameras but the owner refused to help. Took an hour to get into our room after multiple phone calls to multiple numbers. Rooms were really nice but dirty, beds were uncomfortably hard, bathroom fan was broken, found rotten limes in the kitchen cupboard, trash and a baby binky under the couch just by scooting it forward a foot. Shower water was hotter than the hot tub, the hot tub was extremely dirty. Furniture was beautiful and good location from the mountain. Has a heated indoor garage."
"Clean. Phenomenal location if you want super access to the resort. Wish there hot tub were open in the summer but that is an HOA thing, not up to the landlord."
"Stayed here on a vacation to ski at big mountain. The places were fantastic with close proximity to a cat trail that took you at the base lodge. Rob Shuttler did a great job setting everything up for us. I would recommend this to anyone staying on the mountain."
"A lovely place, and would definitely stay here again! It was nicely decorated and very clean. It was a nice touch to have the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, as well as a few extra things we could use. After long travels, we took advantage of the washer and dryer! The restaurant menus and reviews were great. We loved Ciao Mambos!"
