"From start to finish my experience at Glacier Eye Clinic was just plain outstanding! First of all, from nurses and technicians to the actual surgeon himself every single person was cheerful, professional, and above all extremely helpful. At the clinic the greeting staff was over-the-top prompt, helpful, and exceptionally accommodating. Then the surgical staff was so great. They explained the surgical procedure to me so that I could understand what was coming and they were patient in answering all of my questions. The procedure was very matter of fact and comfortable! Aftercare was the best with instructions for my treatment in the period following my surgery. Then, a couple of weeks after surgery, we traveled down to McMinnville Oregon to watch our grandson play in the Oregon State Basketball Tournament and realized that I had used my eyedrops the morning before we left our home in College Place, Washington and we called Glacier Eye Clinic and a lady that answered to phone just said, "Do not worry, I will phone your prescription to a Pharmacy there in McMinnville! Within an hour that wonderful lady from Glacier called me back to tell me that I could pick up my new eye drops at the nearby Walmart Pharmacy and I was back in business with new eye drops without missing one scheduled dose! Fantastic and above all, friendly service!! THANK YOU GLACIER EYE CLINIC!"

"I have to drive 120 miles round trip to make these appointments. I booked an appointment to have a problem taken care of and ended up being talked into cataract surgery, initial reason for the appointment brushed aside."

"I had an early morning appointment and I still had to wait over an hour before I saw Dr. Remington. He then spent a rushed 5 minutes with me and left. I then received a hefty bill for those 5 minutes. This place repeatedly disrespects people’s schedules and you can see that below with several reviews complaining about the large delays that other people are experiencing. There is not any communication about the delays either- so you’re just sitting there for a long time, until you go up to the Front Desk and ask and then you get told the Dr will see you shortly which is not true. I’ll take my eye issues elsewhere for better service. Stop overbooking and being so greedy to overbook your schedules. Clearly a combination of Medical Staff/Drs. who are unrealistic in scheduling and Drs. looking at billable hours only $$$$$, instead of providing quality care for patients."

"1st trip back after MANY years with my special needs son & I will say Dr. Stein is outstanding & the support staff was amazing. Kim was extremely patient & thorough with my son during the preliminary work up, Emily & Heather over on the optical side were knowledgeable, friendly & so helpful, & Dr. Stein dealt with my son with dignity & humor, making a nervous situation downright fun. I would recommend this team with any special needs child, no matter the diagnosis. Your relative is in capable & loving hands."

"I had to have cataract surgery in February 2023 and the entire experience was great. The doctor was even nice enough to rearrange his schedule for the follow up when he realized that I had a long drive. June of 2023 I noticed a serious problem with my eye on a Saturday. I suspected a detached retina. Even though they weren't open, they had an answering service with a real person handling the calls. After explaining the problem, they immediately connected me to a doctor and he came in on his day off and confirmed my suspicions. He made an appointment for me to see a surgeon on Monday before they regularly open. I had surgery the next day on Tuesday at their new surgical center. These folks are top notch, professional, and really care. 6 stars if I could. I am home recovering now and my eye was probably saved. Doctors would probably be mad I am doing this hours after the operation and not resting, but I didn't want to forget."
