"We had our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room done with laminate flooring. The sales person assured us the only issue you’d ever have is, if you had a pool of standing water. All we’ve had is drips here and there, but the flooring looks terrible. The first couple months, A representative came out and told us that water drippage caused the issue. We would not have gone with his product if we knew it was going to be an issue with any kind of water. Disappointed."

"Great Floors mission includes providing exceptional service. We received exceptionally poor service. We ordered floor with a delivery date critical to our remodel project. Delivery date came and went with no communication from Great Floors. Called to find out they were notified that their supplier did not actually have the floor in stock 10 days ago. Do not do business with Great Floors."
