"I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered all of our fixtures for a spare bathroom in June of 2023 from them and still in February of 2024 don’t have all of them. Our sales person never updated us on timelines we had to call constantly and then we finally got switched to a manager and every time we call him he says he will call us back with an update and never does! Highly recommend looking elsewhere for any plumbing fixtures"
"The sales person Fraya helped me make my final decisions when renovating my bathroom. She's awesome! Took the time and patience and didn't make me feel rushed which is my pet peeve when I'm spending a good chunk of money. But I might add, they all work together for a solution if there's a question about searching for a item. I'll never go anywhere else."
