"We have spent a lot of money here over the last few months. We've been in the store about a dozen times and we always leave feeling disappointed, angry, and/or silly for coming back. We shop at Home Depot because of the prices and financing options. I've realized it's worth it to pay more for better customer service. In my experience, the people working at Home Depot don't have enough training and shouldn't be dishing out advice on DIY projects. It's difficult to find someone at the customer service desk and the pro desk who are capable of providing decent customer service without a ton of attitude. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere, something we should've done a long time ago."
