"So glad you came to Libby. We really needed you...Your employees all seem friendly. Nice clean store.( Hope it stays like this). Would love to see a fixed garbage can outside. And a bench near the entrance. Hope the community embraces you and you are successful. 7/30/21 Came in shopping today. Found a few good deals. Always leave with a bag. Not as clean today, bathrooms were in need of a cleaning. Was wondering, it has been a month since your signs blew out of the sign frame out front, are you going to replace them? How about just going out to your parking lot and pick them up. Would also like to see those dumpsters put in back of your store. It's an eyesore and makes the " new store" look "trashy". Just an observation.... Had that discussion with your cashier, and a few customers agreed with me . Thank you for your time."

"Great staff at the time I was there...very helpful and friendly. This Dollar Tree doesn't have refrigerators/freezers, but a larger selection of crafting supplies sort of makes up for it. New-ish assistant manager (freight manager) is an awesome person. He jumps on the register if there are 3 or more in line, even on his lunch break! And he is always friendly and upbeat. He is truly an excellent person and manager."

"Another update: bathrooms still extremely nasty pretty positive they never get cleaned so just never use it, I don't get how this dollar tree can be so nasty they needa get different management or something, no professional would ever ever let it get so nasty UPDATE: They opened back up but where closed to deal with a mouse situation they where having(there are visible mouse traps set up now as well) I was hoping that during the time they where closed they would take the time to clean the store up but they did not, no surprise there. But the lady Sky's attitude did change this time and she was pretty pleasant I was absolutely astonished of how filthy it is both inside and outside of this store. Their garbage is everywhere outside and their public restrooms have an overpowering smell of pee and their floors are nasty with pee and blood spatter and all handles in that bathroom are dirty. They don't have much shopping carts and the ones they do have they where using to put merchandise in! All customers had to use little shopping baskets that you cary! The workers where also extremely unprofessional talking and complaining about fellow coworkers and they where not friendly at checkout especially the lady named Sky I believe she may be the manager but I'm not 100% sure, the family dollar right next door is way way way better it was a sigh of relief going into there"
