"My dad and I came to family dollar for a few things and there was this girl in front of us in line with two full carts and there was to people helping the girl one scanning the other putting the items in the bag my dad and I had 2 items he could have came over and helped us check out our items but he didn't so we waited in line for 25 minutes after the girl was done he came and helped us and the other check out this was ridiculous now me and my dad refuses to go back"

"I was in the family Dollar in Libby Mt.. the older woman was so rude to one of the customers before me. She had bought a 30 pk of Busch light.. which she wanted regular Busch beer. The woman w yelling at her .no do not exchange or return and food. Drink candy etc. Items the customer bought never left the store counter. Never left the store.. I think this is rude and absolutely ridiculous.. I could see if she left the store. But that lady was rude and should never work with customers service"
