"The customer service here is awful, worst I've had in years. I bought a blaze king wood stove here and when I got it home they forgot to include a part with it. So I called and asked them if they could send it, rather than I drive the 1 hour there to pick it up the manager Jeremy said "Nope we don't do that" and laughed. So long story short after spending $4500.00 there, they wouldn't send me a $ 20 part in the mail even though I had my receipt in hand and it was there error. The people they have working there is a joke, literally everyone is rude and when you ask for help with something it's like pulling teeth. When I finally picked the missing part up they were rude in person. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, I'd suggest anywhere in Libby but this place. I won't spend a dime there ever again. I haven't been this disgusted with a place in a long time, it's sad really. I spend a lot of time in Libby and enjoy going there to purchase things and to be treated like this is a disgrace."

"This hardware store is awesome. I was looking for a Blaze King stove, and they had a fantastic selection on the floor and in stock. Once I got the stove, several employees then spent quite a bit of time helping me get all the fittings I would need to connect everything to my chimney liner. After that, they even helped my father-in-law put air in his truck tires. Very professional and friendly staff, and I couldn't be happier."
