"Wouldn't go anywhere else. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gay’s and the team for 4 years. Before then I hadn’t gone in 5+ years, I was tired of never getting answers. Front desk reps were indifferent, doctors in the past didn’t take the time to listen and would give me a list of specialists and have me go on my way. I have so many horror stores! Happy to finally have a doctor and a team that takes the time to listen. I still remember my first visit, it was therapeutic. Walk into this art gallery, lovely rep checks me in and moments later I’m in the room. It was a beautiful and more importantly happy atmosphere. I used to brush aside smaller health concerns, but he encouraged me open up about every discomfort. Its refreshing to have someone actually care about your wellbeing. "I've been seeing Dr Gay for almost 3 years now. I love that he actually takes time to talk to you and takes good notes. My biggest issue is that he's an aggressive pill pusher. Every visit he's told me he wants to put me on blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds and I keep telling him I'd rather address those issues in other ways. Today my blood pressure was 120/86 and he recommended the BP meds again, even though that's the lowest it's been in the time I've been seeing him. I'd prefer a doctor who recommends lifestyle changes over more prescriptions. I'm just not comfortable having a growing list of pills to take when I don't feel like they're necessary. Also, his office often codes visits incorrectly which leads to issues with insurance billing. I saw him about a fainting incident I had and the visit was billed as "obesity, other" even though we didn't discuss my weight at all and pretty much all we talked about was the syncope."

"Dr. Osborn & Dr. Gay are the absolute best! Professional and knowledgeable in their field. They are caring and provide uncompromising patient services. They recognize your time and are almost always prompt. However, they also take ample time addressing any questions or concerns that you may have as a patient. It's definitely NOT cattle call medicine. The clinic is clean, warm, and inviting. Ever changing art adorns the walls and creates a comfortable distraction if you ever find yourself in the waiting room long enough to admire it. I'm usually checked in within a few minutes of arrival. Not like your typical office with uncomfortable chairs and sick people spreading germs everywhere. This is next level! The support staff (MA's and reception staff) are nothing short of professional and accommodating! Whether it's getting vitals, fielding phone calls, or prescription refills... they are always happy to help! Ditch your mediocre medicine, and upgrade to the next level of clinical care! You will not be disappointed"

"Dr. Gay is the man! The office is nice & modern, more like an art gallery then your traditional Docs office, feels like a place you work on being healthy vs where you go to be sick. Dr. Gay's follow up & care are a new experience for me. It's really nice to feel genuinely cared for. I now have someone in my court who is educated, intelligent, thoughtful and wants the best for me. That's a pretty good feeling."
